Salem Band Mission Statement

    We, in the Salem band program believe that it is through the pursuit of the highest standards of musical perfrormance and teamwork that we will develop into productive citizens. We further believe that through discipline in both our personal and musical lives we will ultimately prepare ourselves for success after our academic careers end. We also recognize that in order for any organization to be successful no member must ever place their needs above those of the organization.
